Please note, there are security cameras surrounding the outside of the home and there is a Ring Doorbell at the Front Door as well. These cameras do cover the driveway and the entire backyard which includes the pool. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the home. There is an echo show that has a camera for video calls in the kitchen, please feel free to keep that lens closed when not in use.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $59.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
