✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and a few supply closets.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available on the premises. Driveway can accommodate two vehicles and street parking is also available (first come first serve).

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed wifi (500mbps) is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace off the main living space.

✹ SECURITY CAMERAS: One security camera is installed on the front porch and a second above the garage, facing the driveway. Both cameras will be on throughout your stay.

Guest will have access to the entire home, EXCEPT the garage and the supply closets. The garage is not available at this property and neither are the 2 supply closets that our cleaners use.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $59.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
